Quy’s story is one of determination, resilience, and unwavering dedication. She embarked on her real estate career in a unique way, starting her own agency from scratch, driven by a passion for the industry and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Before venturing into real estate, Quy spent a decade as a Social Worker in mental health services, a field where she made a very significant impact. In the later years of her social work career, she achieved a remarkable milestone by co-writing and presenting a paper at the Adelaide Mental Health Conference. Her exceptional leadership skills were recognized when she and her team received the prestigious Queensland Health Leadership Award.

Following her impactful career in social work, Quy took on the role of a lecturer at Southbank TAFE, specializing in Welfare studies, where she shared her knowledge and expertise with the next generation of professionals.

In 2009, she made the transition to real estate, and since then, there’s been no looking back. Along her real estate journey, Quy found great mentors, honed her skills, and developed efficient systems and processes. Today, she leads a remarkable team that she is immensely proud of.
